Delete your account

You can delete your Mothair account and your data directly from the app, in a few steps.

From the app

  1. Open the Mothair app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Settings tab.
  3. In the Account section, tap your name to open My account.
  4. In the Danger zone, tap Delete my account.
  5. If you have an active subscription, the app first asks you to cancel it from Subscriptions & Orders. Then come back to this screen.
  6. Confirm with your password. If you signed up with Apple, tap Receive code by email and enter the 6-digit code you receive.
  7. Tap Permanently delete my account, then Delete to confirm.

Before deleting your account, you can download a copy of your data from Settings › Privacy.

What happens next

  • You are signed out of all your devices immediately.
  • Your data (account, profiles, measurements, history) is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
  • Everything else is deleted, except your invoices, which we are legally required to keep for 10 years.

Send us your request through the contact form, category “Account deletion”, using the email address of your Mothair account. We will confirm the deletion by email.
